Dalton, who discussed not only her music, but shared stories close to her heart, reflecting on how Kris Kristofferson was brought to tears by the lyrics that she sang to him, and noted how Willie Nelson was her most special artist she has performed with on stage, an educated the public of how she had been the only female duet vocals on his ‘Half Nelson’ album years back which featured Waylon Jennings, Hank Williams Jr., Johnny Cash and many more. Dalton also spoke in detail about her foundation ‘Let Em Run,’ sharing her dedication and passion in saving the last of the wild horses that roam through Nevada. Dalton will be returning to the peninsula on March 22nd for an upcoming performance at the Planet Gemini.
