This group is for women in transition or simply those wanting to implement immediate changes in their way of thinking and ultimately their lives.

We will get together at 7PM and share, listen to Life Coach, Rhonda Farrah.  She is an avid runner and has her own radio show on Voice America. She works at the Center For Spiritual Living in Monterey and is a powerhouse with providing transforming information.

We will do affirmations, journaling, exercises, bonding and great fellowship that is healthy and positive for our personal growth. 

The cost is simply a love offering of whatever you can give. Gotta love that.
