The Carmel Valley Chamber of Commerce will hold the 17th Annual Chili Cook-off on Wednesday, September 22, 2010 from 5pm to 8pm at Holman Ranch located at 60 Holman Road in Carmel Valley.  This event will showcase local amateur and professional Chili chefs competing for the People's Choice Awards.  In addition, we have added a Margarita Competion highlighting the talents of professioanl bartenders shaking up a crowd favorite.  A Monterey County Wine and Beer, Silent Auction and entertainment by DNA Entertainment will also be a part of the evening.
