Teen Choices Awareness Fundraising BBQ to Benefit Chelsie Hill's Walk & Roll Foundation
On July 16, 2011 from Noon - 4:00pm, friends and board members will host a fun-filled day kicking off the first fundraiser BBQ in support of the Walk & Roll Foundation.
The foundation was created by Jon and Chelsie Hill to benefit survivors of spinal cord injuries and act as a resource center by helping to improve the quality of life through resources and rehabilitation programs after such an injury. This special day will have an emphasis on Teen Choices Awareness.
The Walk & Roll Foundation is planning on opening up an exercise-based facility, under the guidance of Project Walk out of Carlsbad, CA. This program is designed to improve the level of function for spinal cord injury survivors.
A wonderful BBQ will be served (includes BBQ tri-tip, chicken, hot dogs, green salad, potato salad, chili, garlic bread, soda, waters and cake for dessert). An advance meal ticket and 6 raffle tickets are included with your $20 donation.
Meal tickets are also available at the event for $25, which includes 3 raffle tickets.

We have guest speakers focusing on making good choices, and the consequences of their bad choices. There will also be booths of other organizations relating to these topics.
