75TH ANNUAL MONTEREY COUNTY FAIR HISTORIC PHOTOGRAPH EXHIBIT TO BE FEATURED AT THIS YEAR’S FAIR

August 15, 2011- Monterey, CA. To commemorate the 75th Anniversary of the Monterey County Fair, there will be a special historic photograph exhibit in the East Art Building adjacent to the Payton Garden Stage this year at the Fair (August 31st-September 5, 2011). Fairgoers are urged to stop by and help identify some of the people depicted in this fascinating array of images that illustrate the Fair through the past 75 years. Bring your older friends and relatives to help with this fun challenge! 

In addition, there will be a special display and photos celebrating the 200th Anniversary of the Agricultural Fair!
