This free event is open to the public and is geared to those who would like to learn more about health, food, self care and fitness. The line up for the evening will include:

Providing a taste of Great Britain in Monterey, and originally from Northern England, at her popular Eddison & Melrose Food Boutique, owner Karen Anne Murray offers delicious English pasties (not to be confused with pastries), including Meat Pasties, Veggie Pasties and Sausage Rolls. She also has a $12 English Afternoon Tea which includes delicious tea size sandwiches, her fresh baked English Scones or Bakewell Tart & an array of loose teas to select from and have brewed just for you. Karen Anne Murray has been a Personal Chef on the Monterey Peninsula since 2000 when she established Karen Anne’s Personal Chef Service. In 2002, she expanded and began Eddison & Melrose Personal Chef Services & Fine Catering and moved to Sand City, and a year and a half ago moved to her location in Monterey. Karen has catered hundreds of events, taught numerous cooking classes, and in the past as a certified personal fitness trainer, worked with many people to help them improve their fitness level and eating habits.
